Information we collect

When you request the 7-Day Hell Fear Reset, we collect your email address, your first name if you choose to provide it, the date and source of your signup, and whether and when you confirmed your subscription. Basic technical information may also be processed to prevent abuse and keep the form secure.

How we use it

We use this information to deliver the requested email series, the printable guide, occasional new-question and community updates, maintain consent records, process unsubscribe requests, and protect the signup form from misuse. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Email service provider

We use Resend to deliver email and manage subscribers. Resend processes your information on our behalf for those purposes and may process delivery events such as sends, bounces, complaints, and unsubscribes.

Your choices

• Every marketing email includes a link to unsubscribe.
• You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your email address.
• You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawing does not affect processing that occurred beforehand.

Retention and security

We keep subscriber information only as long as needed for the purposes described above and to maintain legally required consent or suppression records. No online system is risk-free, but we use reasonable safeguards and limit collection to what the email program needs.
